In 1996, Christina Donnell established The Winds of Change Association, Ltd (WOCA). WOCA provides rigorous training in an experiential format to cultivate the potency of the human spirit. Dr. Donnell leads weekend and weeklong retreats in various locations throughout the United States. She also leads groups of individuals on spiritual expeditions to sacred sites around the world. Such expeditions involve contact with indigenous peoples, intensive study and training.

The Winds of Change Association, Ltd. is dedicated to preserving traditions of wisdom that address the education and development of the human spirit. The company provides experiences for individuals to explore the dynamic complexities of human existence and our relationship to all of life.
